SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY TIMELINE
Shipping timelines are approximate and exclude weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, volume, traffic). Orders may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.

All orders qualify for free shipping.

Note: Shipping timelines do not include processing times. Please refer to the estimated delivery date at checkout for the most accurate information.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

  • If you have an account:
    Log into your Jinbayin account, navigate to "My Orders", and check your order status. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.

  • If you don't have an account:
    Create one using the email address you used for your order. Your past orders will appear under "My Orders".

ORDER STATUS DEFINITION

  • Processing

    Your order is being prepared. Processing typically takes 1 business day.

  • Shipped

    Your order is packed and en route. Tracking updates may take time to show.

  • Partial

    Some items are on backorder or made-to-order. Available items ship first.

CANCEL OR UPDATE ORDER
We aim to dispatch orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact Customer Service at contact@jinbayin.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.

DELAYED ORDERS
If your order isn't processed by the estimated date, our Customer Service team will notify you within 24–48 hours. Feel free to reach out via email at contact@jinbayin.com for updates.

    The item is in our warehouse and typically ships within 1–2 business days.

  • Shipping Later*

    The item is arriving soon. You can purchase it, and we’ll ship it as soon as it’s available.

RETURNS

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We offer free 30-day returns for all customers. The return window begins from the date the shipment is delivered or picked up in-store.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • Items must be in their original condition, including any protective film, and free from signs of wear or damage.

  • Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (box, pouch, etc.).

  • Complete sets must be returned as a whole; no individual item from a set can be returned for a refund or size exchange.

NON-RETURN

  • Final sale items

Jinbayin does not accept unauthorized returns, and any such items will be sent back to the sender at their expense. Jinbayin will not be liable or responsible for any associated loss.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your return is subject to a return fee, this will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Jinbayin uses third-party delivery and courier services for orders placed through our site. We are not liable for items marked as "delivered" by the courier but not received by the customer.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer 30-day exchanges for all purchases. To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet the same return qualifications outlined in our Return Policy.

MISTAKENLY RETURNING A NON-JINBAYIN ITEM

Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Jinbayin cannot reship items mistakenly sent to us that are not from Jinbayin.

UNAUTHROIZED RETURNS

Jinbayin reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns, including but not limited to personalized or final sale items. These items will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Jinbayin is not responsible for rejected, redirected, or abandoned return shipments and will not issue a refund for the original item(s).

In cases where we detect excessive returns or abuse of our return policy, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse future returns or access to our Sites.
