Orders + Shipping
What are the shipping fees and delivery timelines?
Shipping timelines are approximate and exclude weekends, holidays, or unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, volume, traffic). Orders may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart.
Shipping fees are based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts and are non-refundable.
All orders qualify for free shipping.
Note: Shipping timelines do not include processing times. Please refer to the estimated delivery date at checkout for the most accurate information.
How can I track my order?
If you have an account:
Log into your Jinbayin account, navigate to "My Orders", and check your order status. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.If you don't have an account:
Create one using the email address you used for your order. Your past orders will appear under "My Orders".
Order Status Definitions:
Processing
Your order is being prepared. Processing typically takes 1 business day.
Shipped
Your order is packed and en route. Tracking updates may take time to show.
Partial
Some items are on backorder or made-to-order. Available items ship first.
Can I cancel or update my order or change my shipping address?
We aim to dispatch orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact Customer Service at contact@jinbayin.com, and we’ll do our best to assist.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order isn't processed by the estimated date, our Customer Service team will notify you within 24–48 hours. Feel free to reach out via email at contact@jinbayin.com for updates.
What do “In-Stock,” “Shipping Later,” and “Made-to-Order” mean?
In Stock
The item is in our warehouse and typically ships within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Later*
The item is arriving soon. You can purchase it, and we’ll ship it as soon as it’s available.
Note: Shipping timelines may fluctuate. We’ll notify you if delays occur.
Returns + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns starting from the delivery date.
Return Requirements:
Items must be in original condition, including protective films, with no signs of wear or damage.
All original packaging (box and pouch) must be included.
Items sold as a set must be returned as a complete set.

Return Shipping:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
How do I return my purchase?
Online Purchases:
Log into your Jinbayin account and select "My Orders."
Click "Return Items" and follow the instructions to download your return label.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer 30-day exchanges. Items must meet the same qualifications as returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s completed.
What happens if I return the wrong item?
Please ensure you return the correct items. Due to logistics restrictions, Jinbayin cannot reship or store non-Jinbayin items sent in error.

Note: Payment is charged at the time of order placement, including for items shipping later or made-to-order.
How are refunds processed?

5–10 business days after processing (depends on your bank).
Debit Visa Card
Processed as a credit card refund (same timeline as above). In-store returns require the card.
PayPal
Refunds appear in your PayPal account within 5–10 business days.
Will I be charged duties, taxes, or fees?
Canada: Duties are included; taxes are applied at checkout.
Foreign Fees: Jinbayin does not charge additional fees beyond the total order amount. Contact your bank for details.
How do discount codes work?
Enter your discount code at checkout. Only one discount can be applied per order. Jinbayin reserves the right to cancel orders with multiple discounts.
